Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor various media channels including social media, news outlets, and other relevant platforms for brand mentions and customer feedback.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and comments in a manner that aligns with our brand voice and media strategy.
- Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement media-centric ORM strategies.
- Create and distribute engaging content tailored to different media platforms to boost positive brand visibility.
- Analyze media trends and reports to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Assist in crisis management and rapid response initiatives for any negative media attention.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong grasp of different media platforms and their specific audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills, with an emphasis on media-centric messaging.
- Ability to analyze media trends and provide insights for brand positioning.
- Keen eye for detail and an aptitude for quick and effective problem-solving.
- Experience with digital media tools and analytics is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Background or strong interest in Media, Communications, Public Relations, or

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
