Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Online Reputation Management (ORM) Review Handler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor, analyze, and respond to customer reviews and feedback across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a positive brand image.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track customer reviews and feedback across various online platforms, including social media, review sites, apps and company websites.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Respond to customer reviews promptly, professionally, and effectively, addressing concerns and resolving issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer issues and ensure a timely resolution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and strategies for effective ORM.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and brand values.
  • Create and maintain reports on customer feedback, ORM activities, and overall performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ORM strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message across all online platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of potential challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service, online reputation management, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms, online review sites, and ORM tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online reputation management.
  • Freshers with Excellent communication Skills can apply
  • ORM Experience will be an added advantage.
