From spotting a user's concern to celebrating a fan's shoutout— we listen, respond, and shape perception every single day. Role Overview In this role, you'll dive deep into your assigned brand's world—understanding its tone, audience, and purpose. You'll monitor online conversations, respond smartly, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the brand's reputation. A flair for writing, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of timing will set you up for success here.

What You'll Be Responsible For


• Monitor social media platforms and the web for mentions of the brand using both tools and manual tracking


• Craft timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses to user posts, queries, and feedback


• Maintain client-defined turnaround time (TAT) for all responses


• Improve user experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively


• Clarify doubts or queries related to the brand's products or services


• Acknowledge and amplify positive mentions by featuring them on brand pages where relevant


• Use a social listening tool to manage responses and extract insights


• Share important or high-priority mentions in real-time with brand managers


• Categorize incoming data and analyze patterns for actionable insights


• Create weekly/monthly ORM reports in PPT format with key highlights and sentiment analysis

What You'll Need to Succeed


• Graduate or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field


• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)


• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting metrics


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


• Excellent communication skills, especially written


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations


• A keen sense of tone, empathy, and brand voice adaptability
