We at Amrut Software Pvt Ltd have an urgent opening for the post of ORM Executive at the Mumbai location.

Social media listening and response management of comments by users.

**Role**: Jr. ORM Executive

**Experience**: 1-2 years in a relevant field.

**Job Location**: Mumbai.

**Qualifications: -** Graduate

**No. of Positions** - 1
- Social media savvy.
- Understand business communications.
- Sound English writing and verbal skills, with good grammar and politeness in communication.
- Understanding of negative and positive sentiments of the posts and comments.

**Mandatory Skill sets**:

- Microsoft Excel.
- Good internet browsing capabilities
- Social media savvy and understand various social platforms mainly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Capable of independently research on the internet and understanding concepts etc.

**Professional / Technical Skills**:

- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Good social media understanding of various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

**Process Skills**:
We have added these please add on / edit, to be filled/edited by the project head or manager.
- Problem-solving capabilities are a must.
- Should be able to be crisp in coordinating with the clients and able to understand their requirements completely.
- Providing Support over calls and mail,
- Good leadership qualities.
- Should have a good potential of picking up new skills and products.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to a new environment. Should be an outspoken person as the job requires this.

**Behavioral Skills**:

- Resolve and communicate technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Is able to understand the customer and internal company communication with ease.

**Interview Time**:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 am to 4:00pm.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
