**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage online mentions, reviews, and comments.
- Respond to customer feedback professionally and timely.
- Collaborate with teams to address customer issues effectively.
- Identify trends and optimize ORM strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends in ORM.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in ORM or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with ORM tools is a plus.
- Willing to do the night shift

**Location**:DN Nagar, Mumbai

**Mode**: Work From Home
