**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze brand mentions across online platforms (social media, review sites, blogs, forums, etc.)
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, feedback, and comments (both positive and negative)
- Escalate issues to internal departments when needed and ensure timely resolution
- Create and maintain reports on ORM activities, sentiment analysis, and trends
- Track competitor reputation and suggest strategies for improvement
- Work with content and social teams to drive positive brand messaging
- Identify and mitigate potential online crises or reputation threats
- Manage ORM tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Brand24, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in ORM or a similar digital marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and review sites
- Ability to work under pressure and handle negative feedback diplomatically
- Familiarity with ORM tools and basic analytics/reporting

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
