**Company Introduction**

Designation: ORM Executive

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

We seek an experienced ORM executive who will provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in our contact centers. You'll be responding to and investigating queries, providing support on business processes, policies, and procedures, and developing an understanding of customer and business needs in order to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.

**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Communicate with the target audience across all social media platforms
- Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

**Work Dimensions**:

- Give detailed knowledge to the customers about the company and services offered
- You will monitor the calls, and transactions between customers and staff
- Prepare and present reports identifying the issues and performance
- Calibration across departments to ensure smooth operations and help streamline the processes

**Work Context**:

- Assist in marketing campaigns and help the team with the execution
- Maintaining a focus on improving our customer service and experiences
- Help the team in collecting and managing customer testimonials

**Role Requirements**:

- Graduation or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Hand-on experience in working with CRM software
- Knowledge about Hubspot is a plus
- Knowledge about Social Media, and Whatsapp API is a must
