**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage import purchases and freight forwarding processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and adherence to import regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee local purchases, including sourcing vendors, obtaining competitive quotes, and ensuring timely procurement of required items.
- Handle procurement of packing materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and prioritize purchasing activities accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess product quality, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Prepare and maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and streamline procurement processes.
- Stay updated

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce Or Engineering Field.
- Proven Experience in Procurement, Logistic, or Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Tally / ERP.
