Hi Opening for "Purchase Executive - Local & Import "at Mulund with the Client Company into sales and distribution of semi-finished rubber and plastics product, now forward integrated to the manufacturing of masterbatch and compounds. The concerned person will be responsible for Purchase & Procurement in Masterbatch & compounds Keywords - Masterbatch/polymer/compound Position Purchase Executive-Local & Import Requirement 1 Job Profile Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors Assist in Annual Performance Review for vendors Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualification & Skills Graduate with Diploma in Procurement or equivalent certifications preferred Experience: Candidature Requirement: Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment Work Timing: 9.30- 6.00 Work offs: 2nd Saturday & Sunday Salary Range: up to 30000 Interested Mail your resume along with following details Current CTC Notice Period Reason for Change Regards Smita D Tresbien HR Consultancy +91-XXXXXXXXXX ( Mobile & Whts app) **Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time **Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Purchase import: 1 year (required) - Local Purchase: 1 year (preferred) - Purchase of Plastic Raw materials: 1 year (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 +91-XXXXXXXXXX
