**Job Title**: Purchase Executive - Import & Local
**Experience**: 4-8 years
**Salary**: Up to 5 LPA
**Location**: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- **Raw Material Procurement**:

- Purchase bulk chemicals from both domestic and international markets (import).
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**:

- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and all related documentation.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- **Import & Export Coordination**:

- Handle bank documentation for imports, including LC, FD, Bank Guarantees, and DAN.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for custom duties, shipping lines, and Bill of Entry (BE).
- Prepare necessary documents like stock statements, costing sheets, NOCs, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- **Logistics & Transportation**:

- Coordinate with transporters for rate negotiation and material handling.
- Track and ensure the timely movement of materials from suppliers.
- **Financial & Inventory Management**:

- Prepare cash flow reports, creditor statements, and stock statements.
- Maintain price databases of all raw materials and related products.
- Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards.
- **Vendor Sourcing & Development**:

- Source and develop alternative local suppliers for cost-effective procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials as per the production plan.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling both local and international procurement.
- Knowledge of import documentation (LC, FD, Bank Guarantees, etc.).
- Familiarity with vendor management and logistics coordination.
- Ability to work with transporters, CHA, and manage import-related documentation.
- Proficient in preparing financial documents like cost sheets, creditor statements, and cash flow statements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
