**Urgently required for the post of Purchase Executive**

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services required for insulation manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to optimize purchasing terms and minimize costs.

2. **Purchase Planning**:

- Collaborate with production and inventory management teams to forecast material requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement trends to anticipate demand and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

3. **Procurement Execution**:

- Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline the receiving and storage of purchased materials.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with purchased materials, including quality concerns or delivery delays.

4. **Cost Management**:

- Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on purchasing expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

5. **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements for audit and reference purposes.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices related to procurement and supply chain management

6. **Imports Management**:

- Oversee the importation process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination for materials sourced from international suppliers.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and cost-effective importation of materials.
- Stay updated on import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to minimize risks and optimize import processes.

7. **Estimation and Cost Analysis**:

- Provide accurate cost estimations for materials, including factors such as quantity, quality, freight, customs duties, and other associated costs.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and refine project budgets based on estimations and procurement costs.
