**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as first point of contact for visitors
2. Online / Offline Lead Handling / Follow-up
3. Gathering Data from Varies Online sources and nurture them
4. Sending Promotional content via mail / WhatsApp / Social Media Platform
5. Handle project Communication mail / WhatsApp
6. Update calendars and schedule meetings
7. Welcoming visitors and solving their problems
8. Monitor office expenses and costs
9. Customer service
10. Assisting colleagues
11. Filing and maintaining documents and records
12. Ordering supplies
13. Preparing vouchers / Quotation
**Skills**:
1. Knowledge of office policies and procedures
2. Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
3. Should be conversant with MS Office / Canva / Basic office online/offline tools
4. Good Communication in Hindi & English
Qualifications:
1. Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
2. At least One years’ experience required.
3. High School, Diploma or General Education Degree (Bsc./BA/Bcom.)
4. Excellent verbal & Written Communication
5. Experience with Firms of similar nature will be added advantage.
Offer Salary: 8K - 12KOnly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
