Essential Functions
- PSA Operational tasks including Account setup, Assignment creation and scheduling through regular connect with Resource managers, Line Managers and resources, Headcount data management, tracking of non-billable hours, Tracking and managing "Awaiting Project setup" hours, Managing Contractor "active" status and Contract end date follow up and Skills Matrix update and follow up
- Standard Reporting of metrics like Utilization, forecasted capacity, non-billable time and compliance
- Ad hoc reporting using Excel and PSA

Experience & Qualifications
- 6 months - 2 years’ experience in an IT/ITES MNC company, preferably with experience in an business operations/resource management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Problem solving and logical reasoning skills are a must
