Job Summary:
As an Event Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event operations, from planning and execution to post-event analysis. You will ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, including conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and other special occasions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning**:
Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements. Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.

**Logistics Management**:
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, catering, equipment rental, and vendor management.

**Staff Coordination**:
Recruit and manage event staff, including volunteers, contractors, and temporary workers. Assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure all staff are adequately briefed on event details.

**On-Site Management**:
Oversee all on-site operations during events, including setup, registration, participant services, technical support, and troubleshooting. Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and issues.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address emergencies or unexpected challenges. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits or licenses.

**Budget Management**:
Monitor event budgets closely, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.

**Client Relations**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality event experiences that align with their objectives.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. Collect feedback from participants, sponsors, and staff to inform future event planning efforts.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
