**Job Title**: Event/Exhibition Coordinator

**Location**: Mumbai - Andheri west

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Level**: Early Career (1.5-2 years)

**Budget**:20k - 25k pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of events and exhibitions, including planning, organizing, and execution to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet event requirements and exceed expectations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and gather information to assist in event planning and decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors to ensure the most cost-effective terms.
- Oversee on-site operations during events, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes and suggestions for future improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1.5-2 years of proven experience in event coordination and planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Knowledge of the key requirements for successful event management, including logistics, vendor management, and marketing.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
- A passion for delivering exceptional events that meet and exceed expectations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
