**Job Profile: Event Co-Ordinator**

**Location: Andheri East (Mumbai)**

**Joining: Immediate - 15 days  **

**Education: Bachelor’s degree  **

**Experience: 2 - 4 years**

**Working days: Monday - Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off) **

**Salary - Up to 4 LPA**

Since 2016, the TT Lifesciences has been committed to delivering excellent educational events, conferences and meetings to tightly targeted audiences in highly regulated industries. 

At that time, most of the educational forums provided for specialized industries were general and colourless.  They were designed to have broad appeal to companies operating in vastly different sectors.  In trying to address the needs of too many people, they addressed none.

**Job Requirements**:
Support the Event Team with administrative functions providing strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Research venues, suppliers and contractors and negotiate prices
- Create and manage Event Websites
- Update & coordinate all event logistics
- Organize guest speakers training
- Coordinate on the virtual event days and troubleshoot any issues
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Event Co-ordination.
- Good organization and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with key suppliers
- Problem-solving and solution mindset
- Fluent in English, Spoken and Written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
