**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning & Management**:

- Coordinate and execute corporate events, parties, conferences, and other gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients to determine event goals, themes, budgets, and logistics.
- Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors including caterers, decorators, venues, AV providers, and entertainment services.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain quality control.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses align with financial goals.
- Track expenses, prepare reports, and reconcile post-event budgets.
- **Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Handle last-minute changes or challenges efficiently and professionally.
- **On-Site Event Management**:

- Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown.
- Manage staff and volunteers during the event to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
- **Post-Event Activities**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
- Gather client and attendee feedback for future enhancements.
- Provide detailed reports and summaries of event success.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of trends in the event industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
