**Responcibility**
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other organizational logistics.
- Maintain office documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility management services.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and productivity.
- Handle internal communication channels effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance records and reports.
- Prepare and present monthly HR and admin reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and registrations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
