
Customer Support Executive

INIYAS Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Successful applicant requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Prior experience as a Customer Support Executive
Experience using remote support tools
Friendly, Patient, Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Multi-tasking abilities

Experience: 2 years' experience as a customer support executive or similar role related experience, preferably in IT
Must have very good fluency in English and should be able to handle UK customers

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
