Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Daily tasks will include responding to customer requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle customer issues promptly
- Experience in the financial or wealth management industry is a plus
