**Who are we?**:
**Role Description**:
HR PMO is a specialist role working closely with the Head of HR - India & APAC to take ownership of managing and delivering global and regional HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with other HR COES, business project owners and CIP functions.

This is a highly visible role that requires continuous interaction with global and regional HR and Business leaders. The incumbent must be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and must be comfortable operating with mínimal direction.

He/She will play an active role in continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing cross functional - global & regional HR projects and initiatives.
Define project objectives and scope, formulate clear project charter with timelines, identify and manage relevant stakeholders and interdependencies and device governance mechanisms to ensure the projects are delivered on time.
Monitors critical milestones across projects, identify potential risks and roadblocks and device mitigation plans for the same.
Ensure project closure within timelines, analyze lessons learned and archive project documents.
Be flexible and prepared to handle changing project priorities and needs. Effectively work with each stakeholder to drive overall project success.
Provide status updates regarding developments within a project by means of periodical meetings, reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Actively measure progress of the projects.
Strong change management experience and ability to develop change communications.
Takes initiative, and uses problem solving skills to think beyond the task, thinks out of the box
Works closely with the Head of HR to identify areas of improvement with respect to all HR process/systems and provide solutions for the same.
Willingness to solicit assistance wherever required.

**All you need is...**:

- Master Degree in Human Resource with 6 - 7 years of blended experience in HR generalist and project management role.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, able to motivate and influence across different levels.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and multi-task, includes planning, scheduling and coordinating
- Strong communication skills
- Strong hold over MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes
