**Introduction**:

- Financial Modelling, Business Planning & Analysis
- Reporting project programme/project performance against agreed Management Information (MI Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting)
- Manage the end-to-end monthly forecast (RAF). This role entails working closely with Project Management Office (PMO)/Project Manager (PM) to ensure that the project finances are updated regularly.
- Supporting Finance PMO lead
- Compliance, Risk & Regulatory (applicable to finance)
- Stakeholder Management
- Support PMO activities across the wider team for holiday/sickness cover

What will you be doing?
- Good understanding on interpretation of month end processes, accruals, and financials
- Good understanding of capitalisation & accruals concept
- Basic knowledge of Purchase Orders and its invoicing
- Preparing journals for accruals and prepayments
- Validate IT Spend approvals in Coupa (supplier management system)
- Should have experience in managing the budgeting, forecasting & month end accrual processes
- Collaboratively work within the wider technology PMO community.

What We’re Looking For
- Commerce graduate from recognised university
- Excellent PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, MS Project and Visio skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Has a curious mindset, questions to gain deeper understanding and can identify and drive continuous improvement
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- The ability to use your initiative and make decisions

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience of working with large scale transformation programmes in banking or financial organisation.
- Proven track record of defining and embedding controls, processes, and structure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to work with and present to senior stakeholders
- Experience of working across multiple business areas, functions and locations.
- A team player.
