AP delivers Turn Key engineering programmes for automotive OEMs using a global delivery model and this role will provide key support for the programmes.Dimensions of FunctionThe PMO Analyst is responsible for the co-ordination and controlling of engineering processes to support the delivery of the programme throughout the complete vehicle development lifecycle. The position requires supporting the Automotive Programme Leadership Team to ensure adherence to programme governance and automotive NPI process to a vehicle customer. Area of Responsibility'¢ Identifying, analysing and reporting daily/wee kly metrics.'¢ Supporting development of high level plans to successfully deliver the project.'¢ Working in conjunction with enginee rs and suppliers to meet delivery requirements. '¢ Creating process flow and guidance documents to facilitate and effectively manage engineering processes and metrics.'¢ Supporting the Vehicle Programme Lead in coordination of program activities to ensure robust d elivery of vehicle programmes.'¢ Tracking and maintaining progress of key issues & tasks, with specific focus on Customer issues. '¢ Ensuring engineers and suppliers adherences to process discipline. '¢ Leading and attending meetings with Programme Team to ensure requirements are understood and are included within programme planning etc.Knowledge / Experience'¢ Demonstrated Programme/Project Management skills.'¢ Knowledge of automotive product development processes would be an advantage.'¢ Ability to lead the resolution of issues within a team environment, interfacing directly with engineering personnel at all levels.'¢ Excellent communication and in terpersonal skills, self-confidence and a 'passion for the product' '¢ Applicants need to be computer literate, particularly in Micr osoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel), & Project.'¢ Self-motivated and able to deliver with limited supervision.
