Support for all work requirements of Regulatory Strategy, Governance, Planning & Assurance for the Germany CIO Management function, including: **What will you be doing?** - Develops plans and actively provides planning support for all programmes/ projects in the Germany CIO. - Establishes the planning standards for the programme/ projects working closely with the portfolio level requirements, wider organisational ask and the programme requirements - Creates a suite of planning tools, including exceptions reporting and analytics. - Provides active support to the Portfolio and programme managers as required, and able to represent them in meetings where required - Manages plan-related risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and works closely with management team to ensure they are actioned appropriately - Pro-actively works with the portfolio finance team to ensure feasibility of plan delivery within budgetary constraints - Feeds into and provides quality assurance of programme/ portfolio status reporting & KPIs. - Maintaining various prioritization backlogs and associated data. - Supports demand/capacity management tool/process for function/ programme team resources - Takes a hands on approach to ensure governance, financial and resource management - Develops with the vendors to maximise the value for the function and smooth running of the relationship working closely with the teams as required. Invoicing with Vendors (VP), P&L analysis, resourcing, billing etc. - Pro-actively works with the AE, Portfolio Managers, PMs and PMOs to mitigate the non-delivery risks. - Coordination with external teams - Periodic and ad-hoc communications and information sharing - Contracts' reviews/extensions, DCP submissions, Act as local IT assets' custodian (Laptops, Headsets etc.), Raise local Coupa requests and POs, Entertainment spend tracking and cross charging, TC transfers. - Maintain Perm + SI Resources' list along with Grade/Band and recovery rates, ATRs tracking and expedite approvals, Assist HM/LM with on-boarding/off-boarding of Perms + SI, RSA, VDI, Pswd etc., Bulk extension of SI resources, Furlough exemptions - Invoices' validation, Arrange trainings, manage Germany/UK visitors' agenda and logistics. - Host Recruitment calls, Seat allocation (whenever applicable), Monitor Timesheet submissions, Timesheet recovery report (
