Field Sales Executive

**Job description**:
- Generate leads and prospect for new clients through various channels.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase IT solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure new business deals.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients in the assigned territory.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional IT products or services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to sales management.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
**Experience**: 6 months to 2 years
**Skills**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry or selling technology-related products/services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome obstacles.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
**Salary**: ₹10,896.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
