Job description:
- Preferred sales experience in real estate industry.
- Generate leads and prospect for new clients through various channels by visiting assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase IT solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure new business deals.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients in the assigned territory.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional IT products or services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to sales management.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Graduation in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome obstacles.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Salary
