Role Overview:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for conducting site surveys, collecting technical data, identifying potential customers, and generating qualified leads for rooftop solar systems and EV charging infrastructure. This role is key to on-ground lead capture and ensuring smooth sales handover for technical closure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction

.Visit residential societies, industries, commercial buildings, and EV potential sites
- Educate prospects about solar rooftop systems, subsidies, and EV charging solutions
- Distribute brochures, collect interest forms, and update lead sheet daily
- Conduct door-to-door or cold field visits in targeted localities and zones

2.Site Survey & Data Collection
- Conduct physical site surveys (roof dimensions, shadow, electrical panel, load)
- Take photos, note meter details, and fill technical checklists
- Share survey data with design & BDM teams for proposal creation
- Coordinate with electricians, society heads, or property owners for access

3. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily log of leads visited, surveyed, and appointments scheduled
- Update CRM or Excel tracker regularly with lead progress
- Coordinate with Telecaller and BDE for follow-ups and quotation delivery

4.Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate or Diploma (Engineering, Electrical, or Marketing preferred)
- 1-3 years of field sales or survey experience (Solar/EV industry preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
