**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Dealer Development**:
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in targeted regions.
- Conduct market mapping to expand presence in untapped areas.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote PVC pipe fittings and other related products to dealers and retailers.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure continued business.
- Provide product training and support to dealers and their sales teams.
- **Field Visits & Market Intelligence**:
- Conduct regular market visits to understand dealer requirements and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback and provide market insights to management.
- **Reporting**:
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit logs, and dealer feedback to the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer performance and payments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the **PVC pipe, plumbing, or building materials** industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
