**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients across industries including Automobile, Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharma, and Chemicals.
- Source qualified leads using online platforms such as IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and trade expos.
- Conduct client meetings to understand automation requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI-based presentations.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales data in CRM.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to generate repeat and referral business.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of automation systems and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to build rapport and handle B2B client relationships.
- Result-oriented with a go-getter attitude and strong follow-up skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or Business (preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation background).
- Minimum **3-5 years of sales experience** in the **manufacturing or industrial automation sector**.
