*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct **B2B field sales activities**, targeting potential clients in the events and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively pursue sales leads, conduct meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to close sales.
- Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless execution of client events.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

*Requirements:*
- **1-2 years of experience in B2B field sales**, preferably from an event management company.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
