
Client Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
- **Market Research & Prospecting**:Conduct market research to identify potential industries and target clients through various channels.
- **Lead Generation**:Generate leads by identifying decision-makers within targeted companies and initiating the sales process.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs to tailor solutions and build trust.
- **Sales & Presentations**:Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, product/service demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- **Negotiation & Closure**:Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring alignment with company policies, and guiding the sales process to a successful closure.
- **Client Onboarding**:Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new clients to foster satisfaction and retention.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive client experience.
- **Performance Tracking**:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- **Sales & Marketing Acumen**:Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, understand sales processes, and use CRM systems.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- **Analytical & Strategic Thinking**:Strong analytical skills to track metrics, understand market trends, and devise effective strategies.
- **Initiative & Drive**:Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet deadlines and goals.
- **Educational Background**:Often requires a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with relevant sales experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
