**Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers and assist them during their visit or inquiry.
- Address customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to exit.
- **Customer Follow-up**:

- Follow up with customers post-service/sales to gather feedback.
- Remind customers about due services, insurance renewal, or vehicle pick-up.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain customer databases, update contact details, service records, and preferences.
- Ensure all interactions are logged into CRM/DMS (Dealer Management System).
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate between various departments (sales, service, finance) to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the technical/service team.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or technical teams.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback & Improvement**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements in services based on customer inputs.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer-first attitude
- Patience and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, DMS)
- Time management and multitasking

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
