**Customer Interaction**:

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or guidance.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide detailed information about products/services.
- Assist in onboarding new clients or customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- **Feedback Management**:

- Collect feedback through surveys, calls, or direct interaction.
- Report customer insights to management for service improvement.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Use CRM software to track and manage customer accounts.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate reports on customer issues, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Suggest improvements based on customer data and trends.

**Skills & Qualities Needed**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and patience
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Time management and multitasking

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
