**Customer Interaction & Support**: Responding to customer inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Database Management**: Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system. This includes maintaining records of customer preferences, behaviors, and previous interactions.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyzing customer data to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement. This might include creating reports to track the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
- **Customer Retention**: Implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty, such as personalized communications, follow-ups, or loyalty programs.
- **Campaign Support**: Assisting in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of CRM campaigns to promote products/services, engage customers, and increase sales.
- **Collaboration with Sales/Marketing Teams**: Coordinating with other departments like sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer management.
- **CRM System Optimization**: Ensuring the CRM software is utilized effectively and making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Gathering feedback from customers to help improve products/services and customer experience.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
