1. **Customer Interaction**
- Ensure that customer concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

2. **Relationship Management**
- Build long-term, positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with products/services.

3. **Customer Retention**
- Work on strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention, such as loyalty programs or personalized service offerings.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to prevent churn.

4. **Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer interactions and needs.
- Promote and inform customers about new products, services, or features.

5. **Data Entry and CRM Management**
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure customer data is up to date in the CRM system.
- Use CRM tools to track customer behavior, feedback, and trends.

6. **Feedback Collection and Analysis**
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, or direct interactions and report insights to improve products, services, or processes.
- Assist in identifying areas where customer experience can be enhanced.

7. **Problem-Solving**
- Address customer complaints or issues effectively and resolve them by providing solutions or escalating the matter when needed.
- Ensure that customers feel heard and valued, which helps maintain a positive brand reputation.

8. **Customer Engagement**
- Offer personalized recommendations and promotions to improve customer satisfaction.

9. **Collaboration with Other Departments**
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met across all touchpoints.
- Share customer insights that may help in product development or marketing strategies.

10. **Reporting**
- Track and report key customer metrics like satisfaction, retention rates, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of customer relationship strategies.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
