Job Purpose Job Pur KRA1 CSR Strategy Development & Implementation Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and sustainability goals. Identify priority focus areas and ensure integration of CSR into the overall business strategy. KRA2 Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including NGOs, government agencies, community groups, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate to design and execute impactful CSR initiatives. KRA3 Program Management & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects and initiatives. Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with project goals and KPIs. KRA4 Impact Measurement & Reporting Establish metrics and frameworks to evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports, including sustainability reports and ESG disclosures, to leadership and external stakeholders. KRA5 Compliance, Governance & Risk Management Ensure all CSR activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
