Main job roles are detailed below:
− Support the Unit Manager in the smooth running of the operation, when on site and in their absence

− Maintain and improve the catering operation and communicate ideas to the Unit Manager

− Maintain the operation in relation to food control, service standards and associated administration

− Supervise staff to ensure compliance with required Company standards

− Ensure on-site training and induction of new staff members

− Implement and monitor HACCP and workplace safety requirements

− Establish and maintain excellent Client relationships

− Provide excellent customer service at all times

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
