As an Academic Partnership Coordinator at Vehant Research Laboratory, you will be responsible for coordinating and
- **_managing all aspects of _**
**_industry research grants and _**
**_our academic collaborations_**. You will work closely with educational institutions to facilitate research partnerships, oversee student selection processes, and ensure smooth operations of our academic programs. Your role will encompass a range of activities, including but not limited to:

**Key Responsibilities**:

Finding and coordinating relevant research grants - Industry grants, bilateral industry grants opened by Indian Government or on global platform, joint proposals, and the like.
Collaboration Management: Assume the central role of liaison with partner institutions. This includes scheduling and orchestrating meetings for collaboration. Facilitate the negotiation and execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with partner institutions. Supervise the complete student selection process, collaborating closely with Vehant's research team and the designated Single Point of Contact (SPoC) from partner institutions.
NDA Management: Assure the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with students and faculty engaged in collaborative research projects.
Student Induction: Coordinate the onboarding and induction of selected students. Determine and establish stipend amounts for students, while diligently managing the timely disbursement of payments to partner institutions. Concurrently, oversee the invoicing process for Vehant's accounts team.
Faculty Consultancy Coordination
Internship Program Management
Record Keeping for academic partnership activities, agreements, and financial transactions.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
**Experience**:2 Years

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Previous experience in academic partnership coordination is a plus
