We’re entering an exciting phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead strategic alliances with top System Integrators (SIs), BPOs, and Consulting firms to accelerate AI adoption across industries such as BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech. Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to enable AI transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals. Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure success and optimize future strategies. 2–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles. ~ Proven ability to establish and scale partnerships that drive measurable business impact. ~ Strong understanding of AI applications in sales, customer experience, and support processes . ~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ~ Experience in creating and managing partnership programs from the ground up.
