The job entails general responsibilities and tasks associated but is not limited to:
1. *Customs Compliance: *
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, to ensure smooth import and export processes.

2. *Documentation: *
- Manage and organize the paperwork required for shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
- Verify the accuracy of all documentation to avoid delays and customs issues.

3. *Logistics Coordination: *
- Coordinate and arrange transportation for goods, including shipping, trucking, and air freight.
- Collaborate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

4. *Tariff Classification: *
- Classify goods according to the Harmonized System (HS) for accurate tariff determination.
- Stay updated on changes in tariff codes and trade regulations.

5. *Negotiation: *
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other parties involved in the import-export process.
- Seek the best shipping rates and terms for clients.

6. *Risk Management: *
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customs compliance, transportation, and international trade regulations.

7. *Customer Service: *
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific import-export needs.
- Provide assistance and guidance on regulatory requirements and procedures.

8. *Market Research: *
- Stay informed about global trade trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Provide market insights and analysis to clients for strategic decision-making.

9. *Cost Management: *
- Monitor and control costs associated with import-export operations.
- Optimize logistics and transportation expenses.

10. *Problem Resolution: *
- Address and resolve issues related to customs clearance, shipping delays, or other logístical challenges.

11. *Record Keeping: *
- Maintain accurate records of all import-export transactions and documentation.

The role requires knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,880.06 - ₹34,758.25 per month
