**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will work closely with various departments, vendors, and customers to streamline processes and maintain high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and prepare shipment documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
- **Transportation Coordination**: Arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize records related to shipments, deliveries, and receipts.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries regarding logistics and provide updates on shipment status.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities.
- **Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing logistics data to identify trends and suggest improvements for cost efficiency and process optimization.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
