Experience in building Primary and last mile logistics fleet
Ability to handle a team to achieve targets

Good to have:
Knowledge of Locus/Shipsy or similar and experience planning routes.
Experience of ownership of On time delivery and cost targets.
Worked in Fresh Ecommerce company

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage internal Logistics team & Delivery agents in all all locations under the region.
2. Optimization of routs for deliveries in stipulated time and lower the costs of last mile.
3. Onboard 3rd party logistics vendors across last mile, mid mile and last mile for all kind of requirements.
4. Ensure SOPs of logistics are monitored and managed daily.
5. MIS reports on logistics on daily basis is shared with Leadership team for review.
6. Achieve time and cost targets on a consistent basis.
7. Manage smooth operations in city Logistics department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,408.26 - ₹30,000.00 per month
