Job Description Job Overview Jarsh Safety is seeking a focused and detail-driven Stores and Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end material handling, inventory accuracy, and logistics operations for PPE and IoT-enabled safety products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth material flow from procurement to dispatch, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, consumables, and finished goods as per company standards. - Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems and periodic stock audits. - Monitor material movement between production, quality, and dispatch departments. - Plan, coordinate, and track logistics for domestic and export shipments. - Prepare and manage dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and shipping labels. - Implement FIFO/LIFO systems and ensure safe handling and storage of materials. - Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and courier services to ensure timely deliveries. - Support internal and external audits by maintaining traceable records and reports. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. - Diploma in Materials Management or Industrial Logistics (preferred for experienced candidates) - 25 years of experience in stores or logistics coordination within a manufacturing or electronics domain. - Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems (Zoho, Tally, preferred). - Knowledge of PPE or electronic product handling will be an added advantage. - Strong communication, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
