**Responsibilities**:
1. Reception and Greeting: Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors; provide a positive first impression for anyone entering the company premises.

2. Call Management: Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments or personnel and manage inquiries efficiently.

3. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and manage the conference rooms, ensuring they are prepared for internal and client meetings.

4. Visitor Management: Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor passes, and ensure visitor protocols are followed, especially important for a pharma setting.

5. Mail and Document Handling: Sort, distribute, and handle mail, packages, and documents, including those that may be confidential.

6. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Manage databases for contact information, update visitor logs, and maintain front-desk records.

7. Support to Administrative Departments: Provide assistance to HR, marketing, and other departments with tasks as needed, including preparation for company events.

8. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies for the reception area and common spaces.

9. Coordination with Security: Work with security personnel to maintain a safe environment, especially if dealing with sensitive pharmaceutical assets or documentation.

## Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required; a college degree may be preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or pharma environment.
- Certifications: Training in customer service or administrative skills can be a plus.

Qualifications:
