Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality and consistency standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared on time, especially during peak hours.
- Assist in creating and updating menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Develop recipes and ensure proper portion control.
- Provide creative input to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
