**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic College Outreach Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building connections with colleges and engaging students interested in careers in the life sciences industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with life science colleges and universities across India.
- Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and college administration.
- Promote career opportunities in the life science domain to students.
- Organize and coordinate college connect programs, webinars, and info sessions.
- Maintain a database of colleges, TPOs, and interested students.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and business teams to understand talent needs.
- Represent the company in educational fairs, campus events, and virtual meets.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for student engagement and the life sciences industry
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel as required
