College Outreach Initiatives Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to drive our college outreach initiatives from the ground up. This role requires a strong passion for building relationships with college authorities, driving brand engagement on campus, and leading marketing campaigns that resonate with students.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with college representatives and authorities\
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness on campus\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard student ambassadors and drive brand engagement\
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives\
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and progress

Requirements:

\
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision\
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred, but not required\
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
