**Vacancy: Marketing and Outreach Intern**

**Introduction**:Young Artiste is an online institutional platform providing education and accreditations in different forms of Music and Dance. The core educational philosophy focuses on keeping the essence of every art form while using innovative methodologies to sustain and carry the interest of students over the many years that it takes to hone an art. Our aim is to work towards the accessibility of quality education globally and promoting the love for Indian Music and Dance.

**Job Summary**:We are seeking an intern to join our team as an Outreach Intern to create and implement a strategy to partner with NGOs, schools, colleges, and other institutions that could benefit from our

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage our messaging platform, create messaging templates, and track campaign results.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of all organizations/students we onboard and ensure they stay engaged
- Conduct feedback sessions with partner organizations, understand customer needs, and align with cross-functional teams
- Assist with the marketing events in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Conduct field visits and liaise with senior management at NGOs/schools when required, with the support of the outreach team
- Ensure timely execution of all campaigns
- Send reminders to clients and partners as required.
- Create written content in Hindi and English for various marketing and outreach materials.
- Add members to Whatsapp/telegram communities to foster engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business

Administration, or a related field.
- Content writing skills in Hindi and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Passion for the arts and education
