**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Commerce.
- Develop and deliver innovative and engaging course materials.
- Supervise student research projects and theses.
- Conduct original research and publish in reputable academic journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and assessment.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.
- Contribute to the college's service and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with faculty members on research and teaching initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Commerce or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 8 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.
- A strong record of research and publications in the field of Commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in online or hybrid teaching.
