Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office operations.
**Accounting Duties**:
- Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for financial reporting.
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and documentation.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. (Preferably M.Com / M.B.A (Fin))
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance, accounting, or payroll administration.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Tally / Accounting Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
